Cheating in monthly package deals

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid 364 Rs. for Ultra package on Dec 01st, As disscussed with aitrel digital customer care

dept if i pay the above said amount (Ultra package) i will be able to see all channels.

Now when i came to know that some channels are not subscibed to my account, I called up customer care for assistance, and they replied me to pay more for the channels.

This is totally cheating.

Pls look into the matter
