Set up box of DTH TV provided by Airtel is not working since last 15 days.

Registered a complaint on 12 Dec'2010.

Contacted to Customer Care (020-44448080) several times for resolution of the problem. They have assured for resolution on 13 Dec'2010 (03:00pm). But till date no one has visited at my residence to resolve the problem.

Complaint service reference no. is 4765802 dated 12 Dec'2010.

I got a number from Customer care to contact their service personnel as 09867259483. (Tried this given number for at least 10 times, this person dosen't bother to pick up a phone ven to response).

I am fed up with this service. I want to claim compensation for my time wasted calling on the STD numbers and troubled.
