Airtel DTH
Collecting the money and not giving the connection

Hi,

I called to customer of Airtel DTH and applied for the new connection. They told me that please provide us your credit card number we will debit the money from your credit card and after that we will give the connection immediately.

As they promised they will give the connection on the same day, they failed to give the connection

So i asked for refund the money back. They are not able to refund the money even after 20 days. My question is who will pay the interest for me for the 20 days. Why i want to give the money to them for 20 days.

Does airtel ready to provide some money for me for 20 days without interest?

NOTE: Dear friends don't take airtel DTH connection worst service from day-1
