Non refund of amount

Sirs,

I was using airtel Digital TV service for some time, after one year was over i paid 2600/- for recharge. After that the quality of channel was very bad. I lodged a complain for the same, they demanded 100/- as service charges. Which I refused to pay and asked them to take back the DISH and Set Top Box, and also asked them to refund my unused amount. They promised me after they collect the STB from my premises they will refund the amount. Till date they have not refund the same. My TV Account ID is 3001625316.
