I am cheated by airtel

I had purchased a LG LCD TV on Aug 15th. I also received the scratch card and called airtel for installation before Sep10th 2010. I also credited Rs.800 into my account (This was the biggest mistake I made!!!). Until today I have not received any service from airtel so far, no set top box, or anetnna and not even a refund. From that day until today I have made atleast 20 calls to airtel asking for a refund without any success. Each person assures that it will be done immediately and nothing has happened so far.

IF I AM NOT GETTING A REFUND EVEN AFTER ALL THIS, I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT IN ANOTHER 3 DAYS. MIND YOU I WILL SUE AIRTEL FOR SURE!

If you cant give a good service there are many other better service providers in the market. This is just a big waste of time & money for me.
