Set top box not working

Hi my customer ID is 3002385234, there is major problem in the set top box, and it completely switched off for last two day and i have been calling the customer care for last two day. I have never had such bad experience with any customer service department.

First it takes 5-7 min to get connected to a callcenter agent and they keep you on hold for 10-15 min and hung up the calls. And again when you call back they say there is some technical problem

A request to all don’t buy airtel settop box and if bought they don’t expect any customer support.
