Declined transaction - Bank Account debited

I have booked one Airtel DTH New connection (Rs.4350 Ultra 12M, Package I.D 149) by paying Rs.4350 online on your website on 22.12.2009 around 12:45 P.M from my HDFC Savings Bank Account. Requested Connection in the name of RANA JI CHAUHAN, Installation address: R-91, Second Floor, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92, Contact no: 09810449980, e.mail: legal.ashishchauhan@gmail.com through your website (ONLINE)

The said transaction was declined by your website and no customer 10 digit i.d. was provided but an amount of RS.4350 got debited from my HDFC Bank A/c vide Narration MHDF9125926673-Airtel Bharti and Cheque/Reference no.: 1222123619; value date:22.12.2009.

In this regard I contacted your customer care immediately several times but they failed to provide any details/ status in this regard which caused mental agony, harassment to me.

Please issue refund or provide 10 digit installation account number immediately
