Changing monthly plan without permission

Dear Sir,

I have air-tel D TH service. I had 160/RS monthly plan. In September, I rechage my account with 500 Rs.mean while I went for touring for few days. when I came back, I got a SMS about my negative account from company. When I contacted to Customer Care, I came to know that, my plan was changed in 260/Rs.

Company has changed my monthly plan without my permission and pre- information.

Sir,

I think it cheating with customer, If we have prepaid account, it Dose not mean that the company has right to steal money from customer account.
