Refund of Excess Payment by me

I have an Air Tel DTH Connection. The following are the details

Customer ID - 3000579957

I wanted to recharge for Rs 500/-

By mistake, I rechagded for Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) instead of Rs 500/- on 27.02.2011

Transanction Id is 470202

Originally the customer care executive told asked me to send the request for refund of Rs 4000/- to digitaltv@airtel.in along with proof of payment and bank account details.

But now after one week they tell me that the amount is not refundable,

I want help to resolve my problem.
