Airtel DTH HD - Four Issues, after several complains still suffering

I am Airtel DTH HD Customer ID- 300758686.

I have 4 Issues-

1.I Topped up Rs.2000 with My American express Credit Card & was deducted immediately from my card on 18th April 7.20pm but it still didn't showed up to my online account.

2. When I bought it I subscribed Ultra pack for 1 year but it is still showing Sony mega Pack with validity till 4th June... one month passed.

3.I was promised for Movies Now HD, still showing unsubscribed channel.

4.I want portion of that Rs.2000 to convert my Ultra pack to Super ultra pack...

I have complained several times but fake promises only so far... Airtel DTH service SUCKS man...
