NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sir,

I forgot to write my subscriber ID in my previous compaint. My Subscriber Id is 100092113 as its not working properly from time of installation as from 2nd feb. 2011. I am getting problem of freezing of all channels and fluctuating of screen. I did lots of complaints and every time their engineer came to my place but are not able to resolve the problem.

I want to lodge an official complaint regarding refunding of may payment.
