Myway iptv
NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have installed MYWAY IPTV on 2nd feb. 2011. From that time i m getting continuous problem of freezing all channels and fluctuating of screen a lot. I have complained to MYWAY IPTV a lot and everytime their engineer visit to my place and gave an assurance that it will be rectified by tommorrow and then they close the complaint.

Again i have to complaint next day and again their engineer visit and same process repeats again.

After so many complaints, problem is still persisting and they are not able to resolve it.

Now i want to register a case in consumer court for refunding all my payment made to them including all bills with penalty.

Kindly advise.
