Air Tel DTH customer service is worst in industary.

My customer id is 18001028080 and I have requested for transfer of connection within city. I am strugling with them from past 12 days, every time i call customer care they register a different service request for same thing. I have registered four request (2398788, 2375162, 2363906, 2405739) and every thime i get an assurance that it will be done next day but nobody came to handle it.

I escallated it to their team lead Hasrsha Pawar he also promised but it was not fulfilled yet.

Worst service to existing customer.
