Starting unwanted Packs/Services without prior notice and Customer Care is not taking any action when complained so many times
The Problem start when BSNL started CRBT Service on my mobile phone on Date 30.09.2010 and deducted 28/- from my Prepaid A/c. For this unfair thing after calling BSNL Customer Care So many times and contineously upto 2-3 Hrs finally able to talk to Customer Care agent Named "Shiv". Who ...
