Air tel cheated me by enrolling me for a gprs plan of 2 gb but sent a faulty software that selected the wrong access point AIR TEL LIVE and they sent a bill of Rs 3500 for gprs for 200 mb usage where as I had already taken a 2000 mb free plan of rent 100 of mobile office AIR TEL. I have rarely used the services of the gprs. now i have recd the bill and shocked to see the charges rs. 1025 plust taxes. while checking the details i have found that after every 5 minute there is charge of ps. 30 and it has accumulted to rs. 1025/-. ...
