Sir/madam, I have booked my gas cylinder on 05.01.11 with Allied Agencies/3-NH, Faridabad and my consumer No. is 680636 and my booking No.453 but till date I have not received the filled cylinder, almost 14-15 days left my 2nd cylinder also is in a position of empty.
