I have noticed over the last 3 months that most of the auto rickshaw drivers in Mumbai have started charging fares almost 20-25% in excess of the normal fares by tinkering with the meters. This is done post their fare hike from 9 rs to 11 rs. Is there any way that this problem can be addressed. ...
