Dear Sir, I have taken a policy from AVIVA in June. My Policy No. is LLG1179591. I am paying my premiums on quarterly frequency and Rs 2500 is my quarterly premium (10, 000/- Annual). In April I have deposited Rs. 5000/- by cash as my renewal premium against my renewal due in 23 March and 23 June. ...
