This is what i tried to send to the area managers (service centers) and i got a failure notice, mail not sent and ID inactive. Respected Sir/Madam, I wish this mail could have been an appreciation mail but unfortunately its a complaint regarding a brand new bike with which im totally unsatisfied ...
