Sir, I am a resident of mulund. the issue of new bus is a very unorganized process.the LAN network keeps on failing due to which the line doesnt move.i personally waited for more than 3 hours to remove the pass.in todays life its not affordable for anyone to waste so much time.also they dont issue ...
