Sir, I aplied for the transfer of my basic phone no.2501468 from 833/496 Daraganj to 780 Daraganj on 22-07-09 and 12-08-09 twice but the transefer is not made till now. Is the BSNL only believe in make slogans, display heavy hordings on road side and expensive advertisement not in duty? ...
