Phone not recieved
I had placed an order from bigboxstore.com but till now it has been one month and i have not received the phone. I tracked the courier and it said that it is delivered. Tell what to do??? i know the mistake has been from bigbox box store's end... tell me how can i get a refund... please help me ...
