Respect Sir/Madam, with ref. to the above subject, i would like to inform you that i had taken "Birla Saral Jeevan plan" on 30 Oct.08 and paid 1st year premium by chaque. Respective chq.has already been debited from my account but no wel-come kit has received toward me. kindly look into ...
