Dear Sir, It is going to be 1 month i bought a BSNL topup for Rs 56/-. I tried to top up in my mobile number. but a message came as this voucher is invalid. Then i called several times for the customer care but there was no reponse and given a complaint number as 55143. but still no action is taken ...
