BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I have taken that scheme in 27th April and i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have also registered complaints three times. But till now my Exlpower is not ...
