No info about amalgmation
I was holding shares in casil health products..The said company was amalgmated in 2006 with Genvista pharmaceuticals pvt. Ltd. in 2006.I was not informed about amalgmation, nor offered shares in new company. None of the companies respond to mails. What is the remedy? ...
