Regarding closing of Counselling before subjected time
The counselling for fresh 4th round modification of choices was closed before 15 minutes to the subjected time. Due to this sort of inconvenience i was unable to lock my choices and i won't be able to get admission in the colleges coming under the ccb counselling..Its a blunder to play with ...
