I have purchased chou chou neo steamer iron from cj star alive TV with the warranty of six months and seven days replacement guarantee. Within month fault arise in steamer iron, the on/off neon switch got faulty. I have contacted cj customer care 44074407 they directed me to contact their supplier ...
