Hi I have a complaint about the rickshaw MH-02 RA 87. Took this rickshaw on the 20-Dec at around night from Santacruz Police Station to Lokahndwala. Normally its 5.30 to 5.50 on the meter. Today it came to 6. I dont think the traffic was any different that what it was on ther days. On talking to ...
