In city like Mumbai all auto rickshaw fares are meter based but in Dombivli-Kalyan the fares are not meter based. Even the price charges are high as compared with mumbai. What is the reason for no proper pricing of auto rickshaws in Dombivli. Is it because of rickshaw driver lobby or politicians? ...
