Poor product and service-no refund
Ordered two flower arrangements for mothers day. One never showed up. The other was terrible. They promised me refunds for both. It took a week to get the refund for the no-show. And had a sudden "policy change" when I confronted them about the other. Rude people with no business sense. ...
