Gateway for Payment not opening

I have been trying to book a ticket on line for the past 3 weeks aor so using Ids: crr_1620 and lakshmi_CR. But when the stage of opening the Bank portal for payment ; that Window does not open. For allthe banks for which I hold credit/ debit cards (HDFC/ ICICI / SBI . Only the following link opens ...
