Iam from AGRA, and in most of the districts of U.P. the shopkeepers .. vendors... Pan shopkeepers... here are selling the GUTKHA/ PAN MASALA four times the rate of MRP. Reason they are giving that SUPREME COURT has banned the plastic pouches. Even after company has released paper packs... still ...
