Haryana publice service commission has advertised the post of HCS (EXECUTIVE) on 4 january. in the advertisement it was mentioned that the HCS prelimary exam will be conducted in third week of march but unfortunately no exam date has been notified... there is no one in HARYANA PUBLIC SERVICE ...
