I used my hdfc debit card in canara bank atm at arekere (bangalore) I tried to withdraw 700/- rupees. I got the transcation bill mentioned that "TRANSCATION DECLINED" "UNABLE TO PROCESS". It hapened on 01.09.09... And when i checked my balance its been dedected from my a/c. I ...
