Not giving any information regarding the claiming procedure & not issuing any form for claiming
Dear sir, my son gajanan was addmitted for 4 days in hospital, as we are all insured uder health plus policy of LIC, i went for caiming the bills bur officers are not co-operating, and do not issuing the claim form . please guide me thanking you gopal ...
