Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the HTACHI QUADRICOOL MODEL, window AC that was purchased on 23rd June'11 from RELIANCE DIGITAL at SHIPRA MALL in SHIPRA SUN CITY. Although the payment was done on that very day yet the AC was not delivered the same day and was delivered next day arount 5.15 PM. ...
