Worse service - Reduction of EMIs without Intimation/acceptance, poor in lodging the cheques in time
I have one complaint with this bank (Bank of Punjab then Centurian Bank of Punjab now HDFC) pending since last 1 year plus, the same is address to the RBI as well but nothing is done by the bank. The bank is worse in service and customer dealing, 1. They have not logded my EMI cheques in time ...
