I have booked my house hold articles/silver vessels and plastic materials vide way bill no 467941 dt 18.09.10 from beawar to chennai. when i booked checked with booking clerk it will be reaching chennai within 4 days but till date when i contacted chennai parcel office the parcel not yet reached ...
