I hv purchase hp dv4 1415 laptop in the month of octuber 29. i hv some problem in operating. it cn't play dvd after copy in it. it show the msg 'WINDOW EXPOLER STOP WORKING'. and processing of this is slow. I M FROM SAFIDON. MY CONTACT NO. 9896684114. ...
