Poor and fraudlent customer care support
My printer HPLJ-1230 is not working properly. i gave this at HP authorised service centre at Ghaziabad on 26/03. they informed me that scanner costing Rs. 3500/- will be replaced. but on 4/4 they informed me that scanner will cost Rs. 6500/-. Now today i.e. 8/5, i was informed that scanner is ...
