I RECIEVED THE HARD DISK AND RECOVERY DISK. THEY SAID TO CONTACT THEM TO GO THRU THE PROCESS WITH THEM. I DID MANY TIMES, WASTED HOURS ON THE PHONE AND IT STILL IS NOT WORKING RIGHT.
