I have done regular MBA from ICFAI NATIONAL COLLEGE, MEERUT in 07-09 batch. i choose 48 PDC FEE Structure to pay the fees, i have paid more than 70% fee in between i heard about that this is fake university, so i stop the all rest PDC, So because of this they didnt issued my forth sem marksheet ...
