Hi. I have done 2 transactions today from ICICI ATM. First at 11:04AM I did a transaction of 3000INR. It said network failure. No message no paper print came. Then after few seconds at 11:05AM again I tried and successfully got 3000INR. But, I found that I am charged 6000INR. Means 3000INR also got ...
