I want to compliant about icici finance in 2004 i have purchased bike on loan from MANDI GOBOINDGARH which is PB 26C 5976.i have taken 25000 rs laon.but till now no NOC given by the icici finance. Even i have paid all the amout.because of NOC i cant sold my bike kindly help me on this which action ...
