I'm a resident of South Kolkata (115, Sarat Ghosh Garden Road, Kol-31; Ward:91). There is an illegal shop on the mid of the road (MA TARA Stores), with no trade license or municipality permit. The shop owner Mr. Biswanath proudly declares about his local connections! Its blocking half of the road! ...
