No Booking can be made over telephone, although the IOC has started a new BPO/Call Centre to register the bookings but it is worthless as I booked twice before and the Gas Cylinder came only after my intervention with the Distributor after nearly one month. NOW I CANT MAKE ANY BOOKING OF MYU GAS ...
