Non refund of Hyd Del ticket cancelled vide mail of 19/12/07
The above company is running an online portal for booking of airtickets etc. and while they promised a refund in 15 days from date of cancellation the refund has still not been made. The service is abysmal!! Sending mails and making frequent calls has no effect on them! ...
