Dear sir, I am a regular user of IRCTC.. I am observing some performance related issues in www.irctc.co.in website especially in the morning times (mostly between 8am -9 am). Some times the site does not even open. I tried to book Tatkal train ticket. But it failed ..and started depending on ticket ...
