I have booked 2 tickets on 17-Dec with PNR no Date of Journey 4203310307 24/12 4103370120 24/12 through IRCTC site. We was not able to travel on that date ie 24-Dec, later I have cancelled 2 tickets on 26-Dec by following IRCTC rules ie by filing TDR. But IRCTC people dint refund my money till ...
